UPCOMING REHEARSALS

~Saturday, Sept. 15, 1-5 PM: Linda
~Tuesday, Sept. 18, 7-10 PM: Yesenia, Linda
~Thursday, Sept. 20, 7-10 PM: Yesenia, Linda
LANNIE:
~Remember to get shirt sizes for band members.
CALLIE:
~Callie will look for video footage of the real Patsy (or any woman of the era!) waving goodbye before boarding an airplane.
MEREDITH:
MARIA:
~Excellent work finding a crew member!
COSTUMES:
~Lannie will get shirt measurements from the band members.
~We will probably need only one person as backstage running crew/dresser.  (see CREW note above)
PROPS:
~We will need a Schlitz neon sign for the honkey tonk.  Lannie suggests contacting CenTX Distributing.
~Radio does not have to work (i.e. sound and lights).  Would love to get a 50's radio.
~Would love to get a 50's coffeemaker in addition to coffeepot.
~Neither actress smokes, so Lannie would like to use a sparking-only Zippo so that cigarettes can just be broken into an ashtray when they "won't light".
SOUND:
~Patsy will be sing off head mic and stand mic.
~Possible stand mics for piano and guitar.
~There will be some sound/music over house speakers as part of performance.
LIGHTING/FX:
~Lannie would like amber and purple lights in the juke box.
~There will be projections on the cyc (line 8).
SET/PAINT:
~The band will be visible and on a raised platform(s) during the entire show.
~No set pieces will be moving in the show.
~Downstage side of bar will be visible.
~Tables in honkey tonk can be square or round.
~Patsy might lean on bar, but other than that, no one interacts with the bar.
~Juke box needs to light up, be life-sized, and have a round top.  Lannie likes the colors amber and purple for the lights.  Juke box does not have to produce sound.
~The piano will need a mock up built around it.
~Fly lines: line 7 -- Grand Ol' Opry   line 8 -- Cyc   line 9 -- Black curtain
