Bios (Meredith)
~Need bios (100 words or so) emailed to me by the end of the week so that Marsha can get going on the program.  She's on vacation starting October 6th and would like to get the program done by then.
~Email everyone to submit a bio or let me know if they would like to use a bio from a previous program that the Palace has on file.

Director (Lannie & Callie)

Technical Director (Ron)

Sets (Michael)
~Going to use "Grease" bar
~Square table in kitchen, round table in bar
~Lannie has a Schlitz beer sign
~Only one bar stool
~Two chairs for bar area
~Tamar thinks we have red period kitchen chairs.  She will pull them and give them a look.  Rich has cobalt blue, oblong in shape.
~Tamar is going to look for a plaster niche (sp?) to use for the jukebox.  Lannie thinks he might have seen it upstairs.
~Call letters are KIKK; has to be removable
~WSM are the call letters for the Grand Ol' Opry mic sign (triangular).  
~UPDATED CHANGE!! --> Line 7 is the cyc.  Line 8 is black curtain.  Line 9 is the Grand Ol' Opry.
~Need a frame around for an 88 keyboard.  ASK JESSIE (update: emailed her)
~Lannie is going to ask about the measurements of the keyboard since the keyboardist would like to use his own.

Scenic Artist (Barb)
~Lannie likes steel and yellow with formica top table.  
~Period linoleum floor for kitchen
~Barb's going to do some country singer posters
~Barb's going to research the Esquire Ballroom
~Floor of bar should be woodgrained.

Props (Tamar)
~If you need graphics for props, email Rich or Barb.
~Just need cheap cigarettes that can be broken.  Will not be smoked.  Lannie has a Zippo lighter.
~Tissue box needs to look period.
~Beer bottles should have a Schlitz label.

Costumes (Tamar)
~Yesenia will need a wig for Patsy.
~Western shirts should not be gingham plaid.  Tamar suggests solid with colored piping.
~Linda will stay in the same costume for the whole show.

Sound (Sam)

Lighting (Dylan)
~Dylan recommends putting up the bigger, gold footlights.
~Dylan would like to put out two more sidebars as well as the ones that are there.
~Ron says that lines 7, 8, and 9 and a teaser on line 1 or 2 are occupied, but other than that, lines are free.
~Dylan would like to try and put in some kind of practical for the kitchen.
~Lannie and Dylan will talk about fog machines.

Video Projections (Rich)
~Rich can film Yesenia in front of a green screen and plug her in front of a photo of a vintage airplane.
~Building side panels for the sides of the airplane stairs
~Yesenia should be 3/4 of the way up the stairs
~Rich will check on all this and let us know about scheduling a filming time with Yesenia/Patsy.
~Rich will coordinate wtih Barb on some of the images and photos.

~"Palace Air" on the side of the stair panels?

Other Business
~If we're going to paint an advertisement on the Grand Ol' Opry backdrop, let's see if we can get a sponsor.
~Period posters in the lobby?  Ron is going to talk to Michael about hanging these in the theatre.  Command Strips?
~Contracts are not printed yet.  Ron will get those to me.

Comp Tickets
~Comp tickets given out to Barb, Rich, Dylan, and Tamar
~Sam, Callie, Talisa, and the band members still need comp tickets
