APC Production Team Meeting

Attending: Lannie, Callie, Maria, Ron, Tamar, Dylan, Jessie

Director (Lannie & Callie)

~ Need to get 50s Ad to Barb

~ Bring 45s for Jukebox

~ Need to bring another guitar strap

Technical Director (Ron)

~ Needs to move cyc

~ Send Lannie curtain speech

~ Need fog fluid for Dylan - will be using both fog machines

~ Please change Patsy rehearsal website so contact info for Maria listed instead of Meredith

~ Please  add to Patsy rehearsal website Google calendar the updated rehearsal schedule for Sunday, Oct. 21

~ Masking for sides and Opry doorway need to be added - can use the 3' footers

Sets (Michael)

~ Please mount and hang Schlitz light on SL Proscenium wall above the bar

~ Need wheels removed from the bar

~ Need wheels removed from the jukebox

~  Need a barstool from a chair with back on it by removing legs of the chair and attaching to a stool bottom.  This will sit next to jukebox.

Scenic Artist (Barb)

~ Posters:  Posters to be hung in house are located on top shelf of Prop Shelves in Tin Barn

~ Floor to be painted on Monday

~ Need floor chalked for kitchen by Monday

Props (Tamar)

~ Finished up most of prop list from 10/16 rehearsal report.

~ Still need beer bottles prepared for band members

Costumes (Tamar)

~  There were two band members that did not have hats.  Lannie brought 2 in for them to use.

Lighting (Dylan)

~ Gels need to be picked up from Stage Spot - Ron will verify

~ GOBOS need to get at Roscoe (sp?)

~ Discussed disco ball options for how best to hang - Dylan will create a rig for it and can hang with aircraft cable

~ Went over where Dylan can put 3 hooks into back wall of house for strip lights that will come down over the house

~ Dylan needs more lights

Sound (Sam)

~ Will be here Sunday

~  Ron is trying to get equipment requested.  Contact has said he will get it as soon as can but need to have a contingency plan if not able to get the equipment

~ Need vocal mics for Piano player,  Guitarist and Upright Bassist

~ Sunday will be recording band playing Blue Moon and Dale for voice over

Video Projections (Rich)

~ Needs people to be here on Sunday to help with shoot

~ Will need cues and whatever projections you have no matter what they look like by Sunday  - at very least need those for place holders

SM/Crew  (Maria & Jayson)

~ Since be using fog Maria will need to make sure take system offline before each show

~ Jayson has joined production as ASM and Maria is now SM

Other Business

~ Jessie will create a tshirt sign up sheet

Comp Tickets

~ Will make sure to hand out remaining comp ticket cards to band members and crew
