| COSTUMES: Do you need to meet with any of the cast before rehearsal on Thursday? If so, who do you still need to see? |
| PROPS: ~Add charts to prop list (p. 19) Charts can be pieces of paper with the music printed on it. The song is "Your Cheating Heart" ~ Can we make an Esquire Ballroom hand fan from the stick fan with the cowboy hat on it. I'll leave it on the prop shelf. ~ Still need to figure out option for the barstool by the jukebox. (Patsy will need to be able to hang her raincoat on it) Also needs to be short enough that her feet won't be so far off the floor. ~ Do we have a rotary phone without a cord on it? If not, we need the black phone dressed so the cord is not hanging down. ~ Please get 7 hand-written letters and old pictures so Louise has stuff to mill through while Patsy sings. ~ The black bar table needs to be scuffed up so does not look so nice please.

~ Need the platforms downstage six inches and centered; Need the two 2' platforms in front moved to the sides to make longer. Drum platforms need to be centered on platforms. ~ Entire Opry drop needs to be centered – move about 4" toward stage left. Need middle door centered. ~ Wheels need to be removed from piano. ~ Need a hole drilled in piano form on right inside part where marked with blue tape for cords to go through. ~Redo second window (SL) with an ad – Lannie will look it up and send to Barb ~ Need the bar repainted to look more like Texas honky tonk ~Like to put clouds on the Opry drop chains to cover them up. ~ Can we put cyc on batten where black is now and move black up to where cyc is scheduled to be please? |
